Emirati-Turkish-Azeri alliance form $600m real estate venture

UAE – Mubasher: Istanbul-based RMS Capital Investment has brought together UAE’s Reportage, Turkey’s MESA Holding, and Azerbaijan’s Sabah Investment Group.

Under the new structure, Reportage holds 34%, MESA 33%, and Sabah 33% of the real estate partnership, according to a press release.

The group aims to undertake large-scale projects globally through $600 million of initial investment in Dubai, Istanbul, and Baku between 2024-2025.

Financing will come from partners, while Dubai handles central management.

Leveraging regional expertise, RMS Capital Investment seeks success beyond local markets with innovative sustainable projects and maximum value output.

Mert Boysanoğlu, CEO of MESA Holding, said: “As three groups, we have an investment plan of approximately $600 million this year. The first one will start with a project in Dubai, and then we will continue in Turkey and Baku.”

Andrea Nucera, Managing Director of Reportage Properties, stated: “In line with our vision to become a global real estate company, we are signing an international cooperation with 2 giant real estate companies such as MESA from Turkey and Sabah Investment Group from Azerbaijan and launching the RMS cooperation.”
